| Today the Mr. and I made the 45min pilgrimage to IKEA (love it) to spend some x-mas money. We picked up a nightstand, two lamps and a rug; all for under $100. This is why I adore IKEA! The best part is that our bedroom set is finally complete! Mr. put together the nightstand, I got it all set up, smoothed out the duvet, and took a big step back to get a look at the final product. The first thought that popped into my head was "now this look likes a good place to get KTFU!" Wow...am I loosing my mind? One min I'm dead set that we are not ready to start a family, the next, I'm setting up the bedroom baby factory! Whew...I need a drink (or two). |

| What do the Mr. and Mrs. have cued up for 2009? Why the conception of a tiny fetus! In April to be exact. There! I said it! I have my many concerns about bringing a baby into our lives, but I am also so excited that it makes me want to pee my pants! My sister is currently prego with baby #2 (this one is the girl we have all wanted for so long) I enjoy telling people that we meet that she is dialated 3 cm alredy...in other words, the baby is slowly falling out as I type. Whats odd is that she is not due until Jan.27, but it looks like she may have a New Years baby! Now, I know that you do not yet know me, but believe me, under all this excitement is a huge pile of jealous rage. I am so ready. But I am soooo not ready. Well, ready or not, here comes April. |
