Olive you!

I'm now 9 weeks along and baby is the size of a green olive. It seriously blows my mind to think that there is actually a little creature, with arms and legs, swimming around in my ute! It made sense when baby was only the size of an apple seed, but now that it actually looks like a little human, I am really expecting to feel something different. The odd thing is, I have actually been feeling a little better this past week. My "cravings" have been shockingly logical too. I crave fruit (still), salads when we go out, milk, tuna salad, minestrone soup (this is new), and Cheerios when I feel nauseous. Despite all these good, fiber rich foods, I am going on day 3 without a decent poop. I'm crossing my fingers that today, after eating 6 prunes last night, will finally be "the day"...
Despite the lack of poop, I had an amazing weekend!
On Sunday DH and I drove up to "Apple Hill" to visit some of the apple farms up there. We looked at crafts, bought some fruit, and sucked in the crisp fall air. Every Autumn, if only for a few hours, life pure bliss! I'm not sure what it is about that place, but it always makes DH super romantic and attentive :) Come to think of it, DH has been great lately...helping me out around the house, spoiling me with spending money, cuddling up with me at night, and just taking great care of his prego wife. I am a happy woman.
